Finance & Accounting Executive ( Temporary For 6 Months )

We are looking for the candidates who will be responsible for accounts payable & receivable with following activities:• Process vendor invoices, verify accuracy of financial data for use in maintaining accounts payable records as well as expense handling• Reconcile statements, resolve payment discrepancies and monitor to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner• Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables & receivables.• Maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records of a combined multi-transaction• Perform all analysis reports monthly/quarterly/yearly to Chief accountant and support for auditing & tax inspection• Vat input checking and review.• Keep up to date on all Vietnamese laws and regulations that relate to finance and accounting matters• Other tasks as required
