Finance Analyst/Chuyên Viên Phân Tích Tài Chính

• Participate in the preparation of Vietnam business plans, business briefings, and financial analysis reports; responsible for budget management, budget preparation arrangements, guidance, review, control, and execution analysis; follow up on budget implementation and make adjustments when necessary;• Responsible for the review of expenses and timely, accurate control of various expense expenditures;• Responsible for promoting the Group's headquarters standards and related systems to all brands and stores;• Responsible for reviewing contracts of business operations, identifying problems and mitigating risks in a timely manner;• Provide timely financial reports and necessary financial analysis to the country manager and other department heads, offering strong financial support for business development;• Responsible for the financial work control and internal control management of retail stores, following up on the implementation and execution of internal control measures, conducting audits on key issues, proposing feasible reward and punishment schemes, optimizing processes, and improving efficiency.
