• Well organize routine tax compliance including VAT and CIT return filing and settlement;• Daily invoice management• Support on VAT and tariff filing and payment on importation with smooth correspondence with relevant logistic agent;• Maintain communication with tax authorities on their potential queries or tax inspection/audit;• Handle TP analysis and documentation with support from local agent;• Handle cross-border service fee remittance for tax compliance purpose;• Review sales/procurement contract from local finance and tax perspectives and advise on suggestions, if any;• Assist with accounting book matters under local GAAP;• Tax analysis and advice for inter-company transactions, new business development, etc.;• Build up tax SOP and handbook for particular tax matters;• Keep abreast with current tax policy/regulation and related development, analyze and evaluate the impact on the business;• Coordinate between local commercial team and headquarter finance team on internal process and various matters to support local team;• Coordinate budget preparation, financial forecasting and finance controlling between local and headquarter team• Collaborate with management to streamline operations and reduce costs through effective resource allocation • Coordinate the monthly closing between the local business team and headquarter accounting team

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor degree above in accounting and/or tax;• 8+ year working experience in Tax, experienced in tax audit is preferred;• Big 4 accounting firm and/or MNC experience is a must (TMT/retail industry experience is preferred);• Proficient in both spoken and written English is a must. Chinese speakers are preferred;• Strong logical thinking and project management skills;• Motivated and strong communication skills;• Familiar with business operations and can provide tax support to business teams in a timely and quality manner;• Agility to both work as an individual contributor and a team player.
