Finance Manager

• Ensure analysis administrative data is correct, from which to make the management report to higher management.

• Based on each department’s KPIs, provide specific analysis result of the each department performance and propose suggestion to the higher management level.

• Periodically and irregularly reports, analyze the hotel's business results (including hotel revenue and expenses), provide recommendations to the general manager in order to ensure optimal operating results.

• Ensure the Accounting and Finance department's operating budget complies with the rights policy/limits, whereby the costs must be controlled and approved in the right process.

• Ensure that the Finance - Accounting department of the hotel complies with the process of accounting standard

• Support the DOF in accounting reports in relation to Area, and government agencies; ensure accuracy, completeness and timeliness.
