Finance Senior Staff (Hải Phòng, Quảng Ninh)

Position Objective:• Readiness accounting system for mass production in 2025.• Fulfill inquiries of internal control and accounting regium in local standard and Autoliv Financial.• Take back the ownership of accounting administration from outsource company by end of May 2024.Position Scope:• Accounting Journal Entries• Financial AnalysisTasks/ Responsibilities: (Main Activities)• Accounting operational (Journal entry, payment process, tax declaration…)• Reconcile accounts monthly to ensure accuracy of financial statements.• Prepare Financial reports (Local GAAP / US GAAP) and other ad-hoc reports as assigned.• Laise with auditor for audited financial statements.• Laise with Local Authority for local required reporting.• Conduct rolling forecast and analysis actual vs. budget on reporting periods.• Implement JDE Financial Module.
