Financial Analyst

- Creation of reports to provide greater visibility of financial performance, budget variances, and data analytics.- Investigating and solving business issues and/or information requests.- Partnering with Heads of Departments to analyze financial performance.- Collaborating with stakeholders to prepare business cases for new activities or investments. - Project tasks include monthly reporting, financial performance reviews, variance analysis, data preparation, SOP documentation, process mapping and Change Management. In this role you will:- Conduct analysis of available financial information and data to draw conclusions and develop actionable insights. - Be involved in the creation of monthly financial reports.- Develop and maintain strong business relationships by communicating, consulting and presenting to internal and external stakeholders to ensure the achievement of organizational objectives. - Proactively promote an effective working culture by capturing and sharing knowledge and supporting common expectations.
