This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support the strategic direction of the company's sales activities and distribution models across domestic and international markets.- Review sales and aftersales policies (e.g., MSRP, discount structures) to ensure profitability.- Evaluate distribution channels and sales performance; propose improvements.- Optimize spare parts/accessories sales and cost efficiency.- Lead financial reviews of new initiatives and business models.- Develop and manage budgets; track performance vs. forecast and control costs.- Support leadership with ad-hoc financial analyses and strategic recommendations.
