Manage the company’s financial planning, budgeting and forecasting.Prepare and update of cashflow for the company.Manage FS report of each phase and of whole project.Prepare periodical financial management report.Develop and implement financial policies and procedures of the company to ensure compliance with the company policies.Support in decision making by providing financial analysis and insights.Other works assigned by Deputy General Director.

1. Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications: • Bachelor / Tax, Finance, Audit or Accounting2. Work Experience: • 10 years of working experience• Prior experience in the property development industry is essential; experience in residential projects will be an added plus3. Skills and Competencies:• In-depth understanding of Vietnam accounting, audit, and tax laws• Good organizational and leadership skills• Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes• Accuracy and detail-minded• Good interpersonal abilities and communication skills at the same levels and up to GD levels• Honesty• Good communication in English and Vietnamese
