Working time: 8h-5h30 Monday to FridayWorking location: ORION Vietnam Headquarter, Pearl Plaza, Binh Thanh, HCM.1. Supervising and checking vouchers of fixed assets2. Tracking database of fixed asset software (increase / decrease/ ending original cost & depreciation)3. Review & analysis depreciation statement4. IFRS adjustment (depreciation gap/ change acc code)5. Prepare CIP report in quaterly (Project / completion time / estimated budget for each project)6. Arrange stocktaking periodically (Assets & CIP)7. Maintains fixed assets procedures and year-end fixed assets documentation for external/internal audits8. Quarterly update package_Fixed assets movement9. Detail ledger file (as assigned part)10. Storage voucher assigned
