1. Ensure preventative maintenance program are carried out in accordance with company established schedules and
manufacturer recommendations and monitor post-repair performance.
2. Ensure effective and timely maintenance of the fleet, servicing and repair of vehicles in order to minimize down
time.
3. Manage vehicle maintenance schedules to ensure optimum vehicle performance to meet operational needs.
4. Develop, implement and enforce vehicle management best practices, policies and procedures.
5. Coordinate, administer and monitor transportation, logistics, maintenance, repair and replacement of vehicles.
6. Regular review and update fleet related records, including maintaining records of road and insurance permits and
coordinate renewals timely to comply with the local government regulations.
7. Perform monthly safety inspections of all vehicles, and report any discrepancies to the appropriate superior for
immediate rectification.
8. Training staff in order to strengthen capacity for effective fleet maintenance and operation.
9. Maintain workshop area to present in a clean and organized way, with appropriate storage areas.
10. Report any breach of internal controls, policies and procedures to the superior for immediate actions.
11. Contribute to the morale and team spirit of the company by maintaining effective relationships with colleagues.
12. Performs additional duties as directed by supervisors.
13. Make appropriate suggestions and recommendations to supervisors for the general improvement of the operation
14. Is fully conversant with all health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.
15. Maintains a high standard of personal hygiene, dress, uniform, and body language.
16. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or regulation of the company is represented.
17. Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
18. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically, and within the parameters of Vietnamese Law.
19. Identify and report defects
20. Always act and work safely and cleanly.
