Floor Manager

Overall:

We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead all aspects of Steersman Taproom. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s.

You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy and slow moments. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.

• Operations Management: Oversee daily restaurant activities, including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and supply chain logistics.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of staff members to deliver exceptional service.

• Customer Experience: Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing feedback promptly and maintaining high-quality food and service standards.

• Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, monitor sales, control costs, and optimize profitability, check inventory and order for both restaurant and bar.

• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

• Marketing & Promotions: Work with the marketing team to execute promotions, events, and campaigns to increase foot traffic and revenue.
