KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Serve Guests at the Restaurant and Golf Course;
- Present menu to Guests. Counsel Guests to choose suitable dishes and drinks when requested;
- Receive order, reconfirm the exact name of food - drinks, quantity, special requirements;
- Enter order into POS;
- Make payment in accordance with the restaurant's standards;
- Coordinate the implementation of Marketing programs of the restaurant
- Promptly supplement, ensure that the area where the utensils for the guests' meal are adequate: plates, cups, spoons, forks, knives, cups, decanters;
- Monitor shift report and hand overto the next shift;
- Clean utensils: cups, plates, spoons, cups ..., ensuring hygiene standards according to restaurant regulations;
- Set up the dining table, banquet table in the restaurant. Service style with full tools and necessary decorations;
- Other assignments from Line Manager
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Knowledge of customer service skills.
- English/Chinese communication skills.
- Ability to arrange and complete work on time.
- High spirit of teamwork.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage field is an advance.
