- Manages outlets proactively based on key performance indicators, works with respective Section Head as appropriate
- Ensures the smooth operation of the Food & Beverage Department in the absence of Department Head
- Ensures services provided by the Department are always available and are always carried out to defined standards with the utmost efficiency, consistency and courtesy.
- Exercises responsible practices and personal behavior at all times
