Responsible for the management and achievement of profit for all food and beverage operations in the hotel including restaurants, bars, catering and banquet operations. Adhere to local regulations concerning health, safety, or other compliance requirements, as well as brand standards and local policies and procedures.
- Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service
- Comply with hotel grooming standards & internal regulations
- Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements in collaboration with the executive chef.
- Insure adequate communication with the kitchen team
- Identify customers’ needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
- Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Provide a two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Tourism Management, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in a F&B managerial position or equivalent role at a 4- or 5-star hotel.
- Good English communication skills (additional foreign languages are a plus).
- Strong leadership, management, and staff training skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- In-depth understanding of international hotel service standards.
- Proficient in hotel management software and office computer skills.
- Good appearance and professional demeanor.
- High sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure.
- Flexible working hours (willing to work on weekends and holidays).

- Put in place corrective action & action plan to reported defect
- Elaborate SOPs relevant to his/her department and insure they are well communicated.
- Insure cleanliness of all areas of F&B activities, indoor & outdoor, back or front of house.
- Provide the necessary entertainment on various F&B activities.
