-Manage and oversee all daily F&B operations at Phoenix Golf.
-Ensure smooth coordination between service and kitchen teams.
-Monitor food, beverage, and service quality to meet resort standards.
-Assist in developing budgets, cost control plans, and achieving revenue targets.
-Track purchasing, stock levels, and wastage for cost efficiency.
-Enhance guest experience and handle inquiries or complaints professionally.
-Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve operations.
-Supervise, train, and evaluate F&B staff while promoting a positive work environment.
-Collaborate with the Executive Chef on menu improvements and monitor market trends.
-Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety regulations, and operational standards.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
-Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, F&B Management, or related fields.
-Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial F&B role, preferably in resorts, golf clubs, or 4–5-star hotels.
-Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
-Good understanding of service operations, guest expectations, and menu knowledge.
-English proficiency required; Korean is an advantage.
-Ability to work under pressure and adapt to operational needs.
