- Direct and oversee all operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bar and room service.
- Develop and implement departmental strategies to align with the resort's objectives and brand standards.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service and achieve departmental goals.
- Create and manage annual budgets, including revenue forecasting, expense control, and profit optimization.
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and beverage services across all outlets.
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Enhance guest satisfaction by implementing innovative dining experiences and promotions.
- Monitor guest feedback and address concerns promptly to maintain a positive reputation.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management roles.
- Proven track record in budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Proficiency in F&B systems, including POS, inventory management software, and Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
