- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue in the Food & Beverage sector
- Monitor daily sales operations and optimize processes to improve conversion and customer experience
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams on campaigns, product launches, and promotions
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and customer insights to make strategic decisions
- Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the F&B or FMCG industry
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
- Results-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the F&B market, customer behavior, and product positioning
- Experience with CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting platforms is a plus
- Experience managing both online and offline sales channels
