Food Service Worker - Get This Job Now

The Food Service Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Food Service department in Paradise Fine Foods, in order to achieve company targets (Nationwide)

Duties: 

·       Identifies new potential customers and new market opportunities.

·       Analyses sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps.

·       Prepares & follows up products launches in order to guarantee quick market penetration.

·       Collaborates with Trade marketing manager from Savencia Vietnam & Paradise to develop events and promotion plans to optimize their effect on sales and customer satisfaction.

·       Makes sure sales tools (catalogue, newsletter, CRM, ETC.) are updated and available to the sales team at all time.

·       Gathers and shares market information and competitor's activities.

Stock checking and forecasting:

·       Is aware of stock availability and takes corrective actions to anticipates overstock or shortage.

·       Monitor sales forecast to ensure proper stocks in order to avoid overstock or shortage situations.

Customer Manager

·       Responsible for the relation with all Food Service customers, directly involved with A and B.

·       Ensures accuracy of customer database.

·       Maintains a deep understanding of customer needs and monitors their preferences.

·       Ensures that New Customer set up process is smooth and makes a good impression of Paradise Fine Foods Guaranties satisfying service level.

·       Ensures the service provided to the customers by sales team is always, consistently, in line with Company direction.

·       Collects and if needed manages key customers complaints, analyses issues and proposes corrective actions. Involves other departments and/or suppliers when necessary.

·       Regularly checks delivery service level and takes necessary actions to identify and fix any issue

·       Pay a particular attention to key accounts.

Pricing policy:

·       Monitors pricing policies in order to guarantee sales development and target objectives.

·       Implements clear process to ensure that special prices are properly documented and approved by Savencia Vietnam.

People Manager:

·       Following Team targets and reviews performance monthly.

·       Analyses accounts and their potential and assigns them among team members to leverage their strengths and achieve the expected sales amount.

·       Based on assessments, plans and conducts required sales training programs for sales to develop skills and knowledge.

·       Coaches individually sales executives one-on-one to help them improve sales performance.

·       Unites the team: ensures sales team works as a positive unit and share their best practices.

·       Sets a good example for the team.

·       Implements KPI's to monitor performance.

·       Representation of the company's image.
