Responsibilities:• Develop and optimize formulations for ice cream and dairy-based products, tailored to local production conditions (available ingredients, current technology).• Provide technical advice on ingredient selection, formulation adjustments, and product shelf life.• Collaborate closely with the internal product development team to ensure feasibility and scalability of product formulations.• Collaborate with the factory to resolve issues related to product formulas.• Participate in product trials and offer expert input to enhance texture, flavor, and cost-efficiency during production.• Conduct testing and monitoring of the shelf-life of products under development to ensure product safety before market launch.• Monitor and update the progress of product development and related tasks, and report to management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor's degree in Food technology, Chemical Engineering, Biology, or related fields.• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in research and development, ideally within the food and beverage sector, with a strong preference for those who have worked specifically with dairy products.• Solid understanding of R&D workflows, including product formulation, testing procedures, and compliance with quality and safety standards.• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with partners, suppliers, and related departments.• Experience in Lab technical, Good sensory evaluation• Freelance Consultant (Project-based)
