1. Position Summary Freight Forwarding Sales Executive is responsible for developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets through promoting company logistics services (Air, Sea, and Land). 2. Key Responsibilities - Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding and logistics. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Promote company’s services including ocean freight, air freight, customs clearance, and inland trucking. - Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations to potential customers. - Negotiate contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients. - Work closely with operations team to ensure smooth handling of shipments. - Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management. - Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. - Submit accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, International Trade, or related field (preferred). - Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry. Strong knowledge of international shipping terms (Incoterms), customs regulations, and trade processes. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office; CRM knowledge is a plus. - English proficiency (spoken and written); additional language is an advantage. - Competencies & Skills - Sales-oriented mindset with result-driven approach. - Customer-focused with problem-solving ability. - Networking and relationship-building skills. - High level of integrity and professionalism.
