Responsibilities:Conduct basic functional and regression testing under the guidance of senior testers.Collaborate with the development team to understand requirements and identify potential issues in software.Execute predefined test cases and report any defects or issues found during testing.Communicate test results and defects effectively to the development team.Learn and apply software testing methodologies through training and hands-on experience.Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on test progress and issues.Ensure that all testing tasks are completed in a timely manner.

Recent graduate or junior-level candidate with a non-IT background (e.g., Business, Economics, Languages, etc.).Proficiency in Japanese (both written and spoken) is required.Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills in software testing.Attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving abilities.Good communication and teamwork skills.Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and work processes.No prior IT experience is necessary as training will be provided.
