About the JobWe are looking for a Front-End Web Developer to help shape the next generation of ERA’s digital experiences. You will work with a talented engineering team to build fast, intuitive, and mobile-responsive web applications used by ERA users. This is an opportunity to make a real impact, influence technical direction, and create polished interfaces that elevate the ERA digital ecosystem. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-performance, mobile-responsive, and user-friendly interfaces for ERA’s web applications and digital products.Build and maintain reusable, scalable UI components aligned with our design system.Continuously optimize performance to deliver smooth, high-quality user experiences.Contribute to discussions on frontend architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Participate in code reviews, ensuring consistency and clean code.Collaborate closely with backend, mobile, and QA engineers to deliver seamless features end-to-end.Work with product managers and designers to translate business needs into clear technical solutions. Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies and best practices and bring new ideas to enhance our development workflow.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in frontend web development.Strong knowledge of both client-side and server-side rendered web applications.Proficient in React and its ecosystem (Hooks, Redux, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, Ant Design, etc.), TypeScript, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3Strong foundation in HTML, CSS, and modern web standards.Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.Experience in frontend architecture principles and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to learn quickly and work independently or collaborativelyPassionate, proactive, and proud of delivering high-quality, maintainable code.
