Key Responsibilities:Maple Healthcare is seeking a lead to monitor the front office of D7 clinic and to support continuous training for all front office personnel on sales, communication and other soft skills. The lead will also monitor D2 and D3 clinics. The primary responsibility of this role is to identify and address barriers to increasing sales by observing staff across all areas of the clinic. The successful candidate will work closely with the clinic supervisor, director and marketing team to understand past sales strategies and develop effective training materials to enhance staff performance and customer service skills and follow standard operating procedures (SOP) and develop new SOP and training manuals.Sales Observation:• Observe staff performance across all departments of the clinic (District 2, 3, 7) to identify areas for improvement and barriers to increasing sales.• Analyze sales processes and customer interactions to identify opportunities for optimization, training and development.• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience.Training Development:• Collaborate with the clinic supervisor, director and marketing team and leads from each district to understand past sales strategies and initiatives.• Understand new marketing campaigns and convert leads provided by the Marketing team.• Use insights gained to develop comprehensive training materials, including scripts and role-playing scenarios, to improve staff sales skills.• Utilize resources such as the "Ultimate Sales Machine" book to enhance sales training strategies. Training on this book will be available.Training Delivery:• Lead training sessions for staff members to impart sales strategies, product knowledge, and customer service techniques.• Provide ongoing coaching and support to staff to ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies.• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, making adjustments as necessary to drive sales performance.• Provide tests/quizzes and create a standard for quality assurance.• A schedule will be developed upon arrival.Collaboration and Communication:• Collaborate with the clinic supervisor, director, marketing team, and department heads to align sales training initiatives with overall business objectives.• Communicate regularly with staff to provide feedback, support, and guidance on sales performance improvement.• Track and monitor progress of each staff per clinic and report and share with clinic supervisor.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Proven 3+ years experience leading team sales training and development, preferably in the healthcare industry but not required.• Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies, with the ability to develop effective training materials.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire and coach staff.• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.• Proficient in English and Vietnamese, written and spoken.• Work across all departments of the clinic (District 2, 3, 7)
