- Based on job requirement, assign daily work, take care of time attendant record, make roster adapting daily need
- Front Office Manager to conduct regular communications meetings and make sure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.
- Oversee the punctuality and appearance of all Front Desk employees, making sure that they wear the correct uniform and maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene, according to the hotel and department’s grooming standards.
- Report to Room Divison
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Degree in Hotel Management School, or general Business school.
• A clear understanding of hotel industry is necessary as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background
• Communication skills: PowerPoint, Word, Outlook.
• At least 2 years in 4 or 5 star properties
