- Responsible for all issues relating to guest room and to resolve all guests’ stay relating issues, helping to provide guest satisfaction at all times.
- Manage and motivate Front office teams in line with the brand’s recommended behavioral guidelines, in order to provide personalized high quality guest services.
- Ensure the respect of procedures and hygiene and safety standards; beside, manage headcount and organization for optimum efficiency in compliance with legislation.
- Help the department in meeting its targets and increase hotel revenue through his/her sales efforts.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management with Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
- Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
