- Develop training and development plans for staff, implement and evaluate these plans
- Monthly reporting on departmental revenue and expenses. Responsible for controlling of all confidential and financially related information of Front Office.
- Handle and solve special requests and complaint
- Perform other duties as General Manager’ requirement
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Expert in Ms Office
- At least 3 years experience in the same position at 4 star hotel
- Graduated college or higher at related major
- Proficient English (both speaking and writing). Korean and Japanese language are advantage
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Literacy, for writing reports and presentations
- Creativity, imagination and the ability to use initiative
- Good teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills
