- This position covering up & responsible for smooth room division operation, front office (back & front of house management). Managing Day-to Day operations & planning, supervising room revenues budget, supervision and management of all sections of Front Office (Reception, Guest Relation, Driver, Bellman) to ensure that the overall service standards delivery are maintained in accordance to the Resort’s strategic business plan & development of teams, visions and resort financial targets, with valid standards, implementing new actions under GM & Executive Team delegations.
