- Act as the senior decision-maker on duty, proactively managing escalated guest issues, service recovery, and operational challenges.
- Maintain a visible leadership presence at the lobby and guest-facing areas to ensure service consistency and brand representation.
- Collaborate closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, Sales, Revenue, and Reservations to ensure seamless guest journeys.
- Drive upselling initiatives and promote revenue awareness within the Front Office team.
- Monitor guest feedback across online platforms and ensure timely, professional responses to enhance the hotel’s reputation.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of Front Office experience within 4–5 star hotels.
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Strong command of English (spoken and written); additional languages are an advantage.
- Experience working in an international or luxury hotel environment is preferred.
