2. Greet guests upon arrival at the hotel and conduct check-in and registration procedures.
3. Check suites prior to guest check-in to ensure they are clean, properly equipped and in high standard of maintenance.
4. Implement and maintain guest guest recognition program.
5. Handle guests complaints, inquiries, and comments, log them and initiate appropriate action and follow-up.
6. Maintain an up to date files and information on tours, sightseeing and points of general interest and make the necessary bookings when requested.
7. Conduct inspection of the public areas of the main lobby ensuring high standard of cleanliness and maintenance and initiating appropriate action where necessary.
8. Upsell all hotel rooms, spa, gallery and F&B outlets.
9. Entertain guests when appropriate.
10. Assist the cashiers with guest billing procedures.
11. Ensure that guest check out arrangements are in order, and to bid guests farewell.
12. Carry out administrative requirements as directed.
13. Support the Corporate Social Responsibility program of the through the implementation of policies and programs that contribute to environment-friendly practices in the hotels and resorts.
14. Contributes to due diligence efforts and risk management activities for existing and future projects.

4. Is fully conversant with al health and safety, fire and emergency procedures.

6. Is polite and professional in any situation where the image or reputation of the hotel is represented.
7. Attends meetings and training as required by supervisors.
8. Ensures that all activities are carried out honestly, ethically and within the parameters of local law.
9. Interacts with guests actively soliciting feedback.
