- Responsible of checking in/out guest, adding up their bill and taking their credit or debit card, cheque or cash payments.
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house.
- Demonstrate a high level of customer service at all times.
- Understand thoroughly all hotel room categories, room rates, packages promotions and other general product knowledge necessary to perform daily duties.
- Receive and pass on guest’s problem to the appropriate of department and managers.
- Support and coordinate daily cleaning order to housekeeping outsources.
- To make guests and visitor feel comfortable and valued while on our premises.
- Assist other department wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships with Team Members

- Written and verbal communication skills in English
- Grooming Standard.
- Experience as front desk representative or relevant position.
