🧑💻 Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Front-End Developer (React) to join our team and build internal web applications that optimize workflows, reduce manual tasks, and improve user experience for internal staff.You’ll work closely with our back-end team and internal users to:
Design and develop intuitive UI components and dashboards.
Improve UI/UX and performance based on real usage feedback.
Ensure the system is responsive, accessible, and scalable.
Deliver clean, maintainable code following best practices.
🏢Working Details- Working address: Ground floor, Anna Building, Quang Trung Software City, Tan Chanh Hiep Ward, District 12, HCMC- Holiday: Sat, Sun, National holidays- Working Hour: 8:00 - 17:00Probationary period: 2 months (full of gross salary)Employment type: Full-time📝 Interview Process

✅ Must Have
Solid hands-on experience with React, including React Hook Form and React Router.
Strong understanding of Redux (or similar state management tools).
Proficient in HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox, Grid), and JavaScript ES6+.
Familiarity with RESTful API integration (Axios or equivalent).
Experience working with Material UI (MUI) or similar component libraries.
Good sense of UI/UX design, attention to detail, and usability.
Excellent teamwork, problem-solving, and communication skills.
🌱 Nice to Have
Experience with Next.js – particularly SSR and routing.
Familiarity with TypeScript or migrating JS projects to TS.
Knowledge of performance optimization and accessibility (a11y).
Experience with tools like Figma, Storybook, or Vite.
Product-thinking mindset and eagerness to improve internal systems.
