At Vulcan, you'll be empowered to own what you build, bring bold ideas to the table, and grow in a fast-moving, supportive environment.We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds to join our team and embrace challenges in a constantly evolving industry. ResponsibilitiesAs a Frontend Lead in our team, you will:Act as the primary frontend point of contact, working closely with the stakeholders to clarify requirements, scope, and technical feasibility.Lead the development of the client-side architecture and implementation of web applications based on provided designs.Collaborate with the Design team to ensure high-quality UI/UX, consistency with design systems, and feasibility of frontend solutions.Coordinate with Backend developers to design and integrate APIs and backend services efficiently.Work closely with QC/QA teams to define quality standards, support testing activities, and ensure timely issue resolution.Guide the team in analyzing product requirements, proposing scalable technical solutions, and making sound technical decisions.Mentor and support frontend developers through code reviews, technical guidance, and knowledge sharing.Play as a team player that always puts colleagues ahead of yourself and has a highly adaptable and versatile approach to work.Drive adherence to Agile/Scrum processes, ensuring delivery on schedule with acceptable quality.Produce and maintain technical documentation, including architecture decisions and development guidelines.Continuously improve frontend development practices, tools, and workflows across the team.
