5+ years of hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development 2+ years leading a Frontend team of 3 or more engineers Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model Experience with React Native or native mobile development is a big plus In-depth knowledge of React.js core principles and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API) Familiarity with newer ECMAScript specifications and isomorphic React (a plus) Experienced in debugging complex UI issues using Chrome DevTools, and optimizing performance and runtime behavior Solid understanding of browser performance optimization techniques and common cross browser issues Proficient in secure front-end development practices, including prevention of XSS, CSRF, and other common vulnerabilities Experienced with RESTful APIs and modern authorization mechanisms (e.g., JWT) Skilled in front-end build pipelines and tools such as Webpack, Babel, and NPM Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and collaborative Git workflows Able to evaluate and guide improvements in CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts in English Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions Experience using AI-powered development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor) to enhance productivity and automationHighly collaborative, responsive, and proactive in fast-paced environments A mindset for continuous improvement, with a knack for benchmarking and optimization
