- Developing Enterprise Applications for big clients in Japan
- Coordinate with team members under the work assignment of Project Manager
- Participate in all stages of software development process including Design, Analyze, Develop, and Maintenance phase
- Communicate with professional teams and clients all over the world
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- >= 3 years of experience in both front-end development and project management
- Experience with Angular, ReactJS, Vue js and other programming languages
- Experience with UI, UX web design
- A passion and a high level of understanding of development techniques and technological trends
- Excellent communication skills and strong negotiation skills. Able to communicate with internal stakeholder and client expectations from the outset
- Ability to communicate in English or Japanese is an advantage
- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group and executives
- Good at critical thinking, sharp - can make a good decision quickly in a crisis
- Strong interpersonal & leadership skills/ people development/ people motivation
- Good negotiation skills, being able to communicate effectively, honestly and proactively with foreign teams and clients.
- Committed to product quality & high service standards, continuously improve toward perfection
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology/working process
- Proven experience in administration in areas of documentation and reporting

- Probation salary is 100% of official salary
