- Receive and implement FSC certification requirements for departments within the factory, compile reports, and provide regular updates.
- Monitor on-site operations to ensure departments comply with FSC regulations and standards in production and operations.
- Complete, review, and manage documents related to FSC certification assessment, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with consulting agencies and relevant departments to implement and meet FSC evaluation criteria, assisting in the preparation of documents for internal and external audits.
- Annually implement and manage the FSC assessment and re-certification process to maintain certification validity.
- Inspect, update, and propose improvements to enhance the effectiveness of the FSC management system within the factory.
- Provide training and guidance to employees and relevant departments on FSC standards and procedures to improve awareness and compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to address issues related to FSC certification that arise during operations.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the management.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in relevant fields (Environmental Management, Quality Management, Production Management, Engineering, or related fields).
- Experience in FSC certification management or similar certification systems is an advantage.
- Knowledge of FSC standards, certification assessment procedures, and relevant legal requirements.
- Strong skills in data compilation, reporting, teamwork, and communication.
- High sense of responsibility, strong supervision skills, and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and document management.
- Preference for candidates fluent in English.
