Mô Tả Công Việc

1. Monitor and supervise draft surveys for coal Mother Vessels/ Barges, ensuring accurate weight measurements; Oversee coal sampling procedures to maintain quality and compliance based on the signed contract and current laws;2. Perform acceptance inspections for diesel oil and other materials (as required). Communicate with Diesel Oil (DO) supplier and relevant parties to ensure the Delivery is in line with the DO supply schedule;3. Communicate with O&M Company and relevant parties to track and monitor the stock in - stock out, consumption every day, week, month. Summarize and make weekly periodic reports;4. Coordinate with customs supervision at the coal yard to ensure compliance with the law (if any);5. Support inventory team during each inventory session;6. Support coal import tax and settlement payment paper works and customs data reporting;7. Monitor and report problem findings and provide suggestions or solutions with respect to fuel management;8. Oversee weighting of slag & Ash sales, such as draft survey or weighbridge;9. Other works assigned by Managers of department;10. Report the contents related to the above tasks if required.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering or a related technical field;2. Relevant and appropriate technical expertise;3. Minimum 3 years of experiences in the Thermal Power Plant (preferred);4. Good at English communication (written and verbal);5. Strong computer skills;6. Willinness to work flexiable hours as needed;7. Strong commitment to self learning, hard work, adaptability, and maintaining a positive attitude;8. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

The registered office of the Company is located at Mu U Hamlet, Dan Thanh Commune, Duyen Hai County Town, Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam. The Company was established to design, construct and operate a coal burning thermal power plant. The Facility shall form part of the Company’s BOT Power Project (“Power Project”) in accordance with the Build-Operate-Transfer (“BOT”). The Facility means an electricity generating plant constructed at Duyen Hai Power Complex, Tra Vinh Province, Vietnam comprised of two Units, each Unit of 617.3 , with total designed capacity of 1,234.6 MW, and all necessary plants and equipment relating thereto, which shall be constructed by the Company and used for the purpose of producing electricity and providing Dependable Capacity and Net Energy Output to be sold by the Company to the Electricity Corporation of Vietnam (“EVN”) in accordance with the terms of the Power Purchase Agreement. The Company was granted a term of 25 years from the commercial operation date (“COD”) of the whole power plant. The COD of the whole power plant is 57 months since the date of the Financial Close. Văn phòng đăng ký của Công ty đặt tại Ấp Mu U, xã Dân Thành, huyện Duyên Hải, tỉnh Trà Vinh, Việt Nam. Công ty được thành lập để thiết kế, xây dựng và vận hành nhà máy nhiệt điện đốt than. Cơ sở sẽ là một phần của Dự án Điện BOT của Công ty (“Dự án Điện”) theo Quy trình Xây dựng-Vận hành-Chuyển giao (“BOT”). Cơ sở có nghĩa là một nhà máy phát điện được xây dựng tại Tổ hợp điện Duyên Hải, tỉnh Trà Vinh, Việt Nam gồm hai tổ máy, mỗi tổ máy 617.3, với tổng công suất thiết kế là 1.234,6 MW, và tất cả các nhà máy và thiết bị cần thiết liên quan, sẽ do Công ty xây dựng và sử dụng cho mục đích sản xuất điện và cung cấp Công suất đáng tin cậy và Sản lượng năng lượng đầu ra được Công ty bán cho Tổng công ty Điện lực Việt Nam (“EVN”) theo các điều khoản của Thỏa thuận mua điện. Công ty đã được cấp thời hạn 25 năm kể từ ngày vận hành thương mại (“COD”) của toàn bộ nhà máy điện. COD của toàn bộ nhà máy điện là 57 tháng kể từ ngày Đóng tài chính. Ngày đóng góp tài chính là 12 tháng kể từ ngày ký hợp đồng BOT vào ngày 29 tháng 12 năm 2015.
