Design, develop, and maintain web applications using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, and JavaScript/TypeScript (React, Vue, or jQuery depending on the module).Perform both front-end and back-end development, including REST APIs, business logic, and UI/UX enhancements.Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents and performance issues in the production environment.Collaborate closely with Korean teams to receive requirements, plan deployments, and ensure delivery aligns with group-wide policies and schedules.Perform code review, refactoring, and optimization for scalability and maintainability.Contribute to system documentation, deployment scripts, and configuration management.Follow secure coding practices and internal compliance requirements.

[Required]5+ years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer.Strong skills in:C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / Web APIJavaScript, HTML, CSS and frontend frameworks like React, Vue.js, or jQueryExperience working with MS SQL Server or other relational databases.Understanding of enterprise system architecture, API integration, and multi-tier application design.Familiarity with source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and agile development practices.Ability to work in multi-national project environments and communicate effectively with Korean counterparts (in English; Korean is a plus).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. [Nice to have] Experience in system maintenance (SM) projects or internal corporate systems (HR, ERP, SCM, etc.).
