Team Leadership & Project Management:- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive environment.- Manage Agile project workflows, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.- Maintain and update the Azure DevOps Dashboard to reflect project progress and timelines.- Translate business requirements into technical objectives and actionable tasks.- Technical Development:- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Node.js and JavaScript.- Implement and manage databases such as PostgreSQL, MSSQL, or MariaDB.- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and adherence to best practices.2. Communication:- Effectively communicate with hiring managers, technical leads, and other stakeholders in English.- Provide regular updates on project status, challenges, and solutions.
