In this role, you will own the development outcomes, provide technical leadership, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that align with business goals. You will play a key role in driving the technical vision and translating business requirements into actionable product stories and technical tasks. Key Responsibilities:Lead design, development, and delivery of scalable full-stack applications using Node.js, React.js, Next.js, Docker, Redis and PostgresArchitect job-scheduling and batch automation applications processes to ensure reliable and fault-tolerant data collection and processing.Translate business requirements into detailed product stories and functional specificationsManage, mentor, and grow a team of full-stack engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance cultureCollaborate with product managers, designers, and operations teams to plan and execute development roadmapsUtilize agile project management methodologies to guide the team and adapt to changing prioritiesDefine project scope, goal, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholdersCommunicate project progress, risks, and technical challenges to both technical teams and non-technical stakeholdersPromote coding best practices, testing standards, deployment strategies, and security protocols within the development team
