Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilled and visionary Full-Stack Software Developer Expert who comprehensively excels in software architecture and hands-on coding, expertise in backend, frontend, cloud, and mobile application development. This is a key technical role responsible for designing and developing our major software. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of scalable architecture, cloud-native solutions, and modern software engineering best practices.Main ResponsibilitiesSoftware ArchitectureArchitect and design scalable, secure, and high-availability applications, apply effective API governance, service orchestration, event-driven architecture, distributed systems, message queue and other practices for high-volume transactions processing.Full-Stack Development Implement high-performance backend services; implement RESTful and GraphQL APIs for seamless integrations across multiple systems and institutions, ensure backward compatibility. Implement event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ). Implement authentication, authorization, and identity management. Develop responsive and interactive UI components for web. Develop and optimize mobile applications for iOS and Android using Flutter, React Native, or native development (Swift, Kotlin, Java). Develop and optimize database queries, data storage performance. Follow secure coding best practices to protect sensitive financial data. Cloud & DevOps Deploy and manage applications on AWS, integrate across on-premises environments. Implement CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment. Optimize application performance and scalability with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Technical Leadership Knowledge-sharing sessions, code reviews, and technical workshops to upskill development team. Research, and stay updated on new technological platforms, emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
