Must HaveExperience: 5+ years of professional development experience.Backend: Strong expertise in Java and RESTful APIs.Frontend: Advanced proficiency in Angular and/or React.Database: Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (MySQL, MariaDB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis).Architecture: Solid understanding of Microservices , OOP, SOLID, and Design Patterns.Process & Tools:Strong knowledge of Deployment, CI/CD, and Pipelines.Proficient in Version Control systems and Unit Testing (BDD, TDD).Experience with Authentication (OAuth2, OpenID, JWT).Nice to HaveAI Adoption: Ability to apply AI tools to enhance workflow and quality.DevOps: Familiarity with Cloud or On-premise infrastructure.Project Mindset: Ability to think holistically about the software context, not just isolated tasks.Language: High proficiency in English (Written & Spoken) is mandatory.
