- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders.
- Other duties as required by Project manage
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Minimum of 3 years experience in web development.
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Expertise and hands-on experience with web applications and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs, emphasizing efficiency and performance.
- Proficiency in PHP Laravel, and VueJS.
- Works well with databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience working with AWS.
- Experience with source control and CI/CD related practices and technologies to automate testing and deployment.
- Must have a strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions, and standards.
- Must be proficient in integrating with REST and SOAP web services.
- Basic knowledge of web security and building applications that do not expose sensitive data.
- Excellent communicator and ability to work as a team to accomplish a task.
- Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure high-quality and maintainable code is produced.
- Very good verbal and written English language with strong communication skills.
- Possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills while maintaining good judgment.
