1. In charge of all kind GA:
- Supervise the activities performed within the office
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOP), forms and systems. Plan, develop and facilitate changes in procedures, forms and practices, workflows, personnel assignments and equipment.
- Assign rooms, booking and issuing air tickets for Business trips…
- Manage staff buses’ schedules, bus stops.
- Review and approve schedules for security guards, cleaning, medical, technical service, garbage control, etc..
- Control the outsourced services including shuttle bus & transportation, cleaning, catering and gardening;
- Company utility management: Internet, water, electricity, stationery and others,
- Receive/ dispatch courier, internal-office mailing, express delivery.
- Manage and ensure the office proper operation: reception, office equipment control.
2. Document control:
- Control Administrative contracts and review the agenda for renewing.
- Control all-important documents and all stores.
- Create, organize, file and maintain corporate documents and reports.
3. Purchasing:
- Manage Supplier, negotiate the best possible price
- Managing current vendors and looking for suitable service providers)
- To set up a yearly budget for related admin and control budget

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Experience of GA is preferred
- Very good Korea (Writing, Reading, Listening and Speaking)
- Excellent skills in Excel, power point and other MS software. Presentation preparation skill.
- Personality: Systematic, Clear thinker, Innovative, Good communicator, Responsible.
