We are seeking great game designers to join our expanding team on great projects. The newcomers will work on existing and new 3D virtual reality games. You will be responsible for:
- Conceptualize, implement, and maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state, addictive game loops, and a risk/reward balance
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation (such as design outlines, diagrams, and visual mockups) for Developers and Artists
- Communicate with developers for system balance and level design tools.
- Ensure optimal gameplay and consistent content. Provide development directions to meet targets.
- Continuously monitor user data to improve drop rate, playtime, LTV, and ROAS metrics.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Understanding of the mobile gaming market, quick trend identification
- Knowledge of product analysis and evaluation
- Proficient in research, processing, and synthesizing information
- Quick learning and adaptability to new knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Experience with Unity (C#) is a plus
