- KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Summary –
- To assist the Outlet Manager in the overall management of the outlet, supporting both business operations and marketing initiatives. Ensures smooth day-to-day operations in line with hotel standards and contributes to the outlet’s profitability.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities – (Key Activities)
Administration
- Supports the Outlet Manager in aligning Food & Beverage activities with the Corporate Strategy and assists in implementing hotel action plans where appropriate.
- Assists in preparing, updating, and maintaining Departmental Operations Manuals as required.
- Participates in regular divisional and departmental communication meetings; ensures effective follow-up and contributes to maintaining smooth communication within the team.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Qualifications –
• Diploma in Food and Beverage, Hospitality Management or equivalent is an advantage.
Experience-
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar capacity
• People and customer oriented, motivator and self-starter
