Our products are airplane components manufactured with specialized technology.We are welcome the potential candidate for filling the position of Material Control Staff.Job description.- Control quantity and quality of materials, tools and accessories.- Make a purchasing plan and issue purchase requests to ensure requirement of production.- Manage warehouse operation from material receiving to product shipping in relation with logistics, purchasing, inspection, production control, and production department.- Monitoring and maintaining current inventory levels, including controlling expiration date of materials.- Observe and inspect the production plan and material back order status to keep proper quantity of safety stock.- Follow and maintain company procedure to keep and handle materials / products properly.- Promptly report any problems and issues for proper operation, especially in case of material shortage or excess inventory.- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.- Prepare report and analyze data of material control status.- Communicate with concerned group or team to solve issue.- KAIZEN and improvement.- Other tasks if having required
