General Accountant Cum HR / Admin

• In charge of all accounting transactions incurred for the company (issue VAT invoice, keep business account, bank transfer, record/manage AR/AP, ETC,...)
• Follow up/mamange liabilities/debt of suppliers, customers, agents and partners
• Monitoring and reporting of cash flow of the company weekly / month.
• Prepare, check, print and manage (organize and store) invoices and accounting documents in accordance with the law.
• Perform and be responsible for quarterly tax reporting in accordance with the law.
• Make monthly (internal and tax) financial statements monthly / quarterly / year in accordance with the law.
• Working with banks, tax authorities, insurance agencies, suppliers and other relevant agencies.
• PIT finalization for Vietnamese employees and foreigners working in Vietnam.
• Check and review the payment process in accordance with the provisions of the "Accounting Process" of each department.
• Timely update new policies and regulations on tax and finance laws related to the company's business activities.
• Managing Labor Contracts, Social Insurance and employee / company policies in accordance with Vietnamese labor laws
• Keep track of timekeeping, performance and staff payroll calculation, commission for sales / customers, bonus for employees
• Management of Office leasing contract, stationery, ETC.
