General Accountant (Only 9X Age)

Level Senior:• Prepare monthly/yearly financial statements• Review transactions in accounting software which was booked by the Accountant• Review internal reports (fund management reports)• Review tax reports (VAT, PIT, CIT, FCT...), payrolls, payments;• Co-operation with other departments to provide the document and information as accounting department requires• Other tasks assigned by line manager and BODLevel Junior:• Developing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.• Assisting in the improvement in internal controls related to inventory & fixed assets.• Monitoring inventory transactions• Reconciling inventory accounts to the general ledger• Co-operation with warehouses team to follow the inventories in term of monthly value, quarterly annually inventory stock take.• Process daily bank-related activities including but not limited to visiting banks, writing bank slips, bank transfer, cash withdraw• Input transaction into accounting software• Prepare tax report and payment, payroll, internal reports• Coordinate with other departments to provide the document and information as accounting department requires• Document, data, cash and bank account management• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable, ensure timely bank payments• Other tasks assigned by line manager and BOD.
