1. Administration Support- Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.- Assist in preparing regularly scheduled reports and reconciling expense reports.- Maintain and manage office supply inventory, including monthly stock checks, forecasting, placing orders, and verifying receipt.- Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and facilities by overseeing preventive maintenance, coordinating repairs, and evaluating new solutions to ensure optimal performance.2. Meeting & Coordination- Record and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and follow up on outstanding tasks and due dates for members on the MOM.- Provide general support to all members of the General Affairs Section and assist with team-related tasks.- Support communication efforts by sending out newsletters and announcements.3. Event & Travel Management- Assist in the planning and organization of company events.- Support the development and application of the company's travel system for Fiscal Year 2025.4. Facilities & Equipment Management- Take charge of managing and monitoring office facilities, equipment, and machinery, including routine checks and preventive maintenance.- Coordinate repairs and troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime and uninterrupted office operations.- Evaluate and suggest improvements or new solutions to enhance the functionality and efficiency of office systems.5. Others- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Line Manager or Management as necessary.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Education: Bachelor's Degree- Experience: At least 5 years of experience working as relevant position (General Affairs/ Administration). Having experience in work process/ efficiency improvement will be highly preferred.- Knowledge: Strong understanding of office administration procedures and a practical approach to facilities/equipment management- Required skills:• Good English proficiency (all 4 skills, especially good at speaking & writing)• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)• Effective interpersonal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills• Strong problem-solving abilities• Analytical and reporting capabilities with a keen eye for detail and accuracy- Others (if any): • Cooperative with strong teamwork spirit• High attention to detail and ability to oversee routine checks, repairs, and maintenance tasks.• Preference will be given to candidates with experience in managing office facilities, equipment and repair/maintenance supervisoryBENEFITS• Competitive salary• Transportation & meal allowances• Annual performance & salary review• Total annual bonus from 1.5 - 6 months• Premium health care package• Additional public holiday days-offNotes: Please include your profile picture and expected salary in your CVs.
