1. Job description:• Manage company internal documents, dispatches, decision, …• Handle employee’s bussiness trip arrangements (Air ticket, accommodation, visa application,…)• Welcome guest in arranging schedules, meeting documents, prepare guest receptions• Implement, manage document/ procurement related to expatriates (Temporary resident card, work permit, accomodation, ...)• Support other activities related to events, improvement• Others tasks as supperiors’s assignments2. • Graduated from university (compulsory), major: Administration, Foreign Language or others related majors• Proficient in English (writing and speaking)• At least 2 years of experience in related position• Proficient in Microsoft Office• Soft skills: Organizing skills and interpersonal skills• Preferred candidates with experience working in a manufacturing plant or in related fields
